Update South Africa 09-05-22
Good morning, South African chiropractors. My name is Bharon Hoag. I am the Executive Director of the Chiropractic Defense Council, coming to you today, Monday, September 5th, 2022, for your weekly update.
Lots of good stuff to share with you. Things are really starting to open up in Australia, and that’s important for a lot of reasons for a lot of different parts of the world, but we had our first state in Australia that has removed the vaccination requirement for healthcare professionals. Very big deal. They have been very repressed. If you’ve watched any of the news or monitored any of this stuff for a long time, Australia and New Zealand have been probably the hardest hit areas of the overreach from their governments in trying to control behavior.
Not only is that amazing news that we have one state that has now removed the requirement, but we also have a lot of media coverage in Australia stating that those people have adverse reactions to the vaccine because they were mandated to do so, and have the ability to go after their doctors, as well as their governing authority, which is called OPRA. And they can go after the members of that for not following through and not doing the proper protocol to make sure that this particular medical intervention was safe and effective. We now know, with all the data that’s out there, that’s not true.
The beauty of this is not only are we seeing people pull back on the tyranny, but now we’re starting to see that they’re going to be held liable for it, and that’s going to create a whole nother world of effects on what’s going to be happening. But we’re very happy for the people of Australia. We hope that that continues to go throughout the entire country, will span over into New Zealand, and we can get everybody back to a normal way of life, at least as much as possible after this craziness.
In South Africa, I shared with you a little while ago that we’re going to be making that a focal point and really trying our best to enhance that. I’m going to start having conversations with individuals throughout the country, really looking at areas that we need to do improvement in, and where we can start working together.
So, I really would appreciate your feedback. If you have restrictive areas, things that really don’t allow us to move forward appropriately, relationships that need to be built out to make sure that chiropractic becomes more part of the mainstream of healthcare in South Africa, those are the projects that we want to take on.
A lot of stuff happening in the world. We love and appreciate you. Thank you for sticking with us, even though there weren’t big fires in your area, we’re going to continue to do what we need to do to protect the rights of practicing chiropractors, and we want to partner with you for many, many more years to come.
