Update South Africa 05-16-22
We’re continuing to communicate with the universities and our legal team in South Africa, but we’re also starting to see a potential trend through other corporations. So we’re going to share that with you today. Good morning, South African chiropractors, this is Bharon Hoag, the Executive Director of OneChiropractic and The Chiropractic Defense Council coming to you today on Monday, May 16th, 2022 for your weekly update. So, we’re still working. I’ll be honest with you. It’s been a little interesting as we’re working with these universities, watching what some are doing and what others aren’t and what they’re clinging to, who’s holding strong to their narrative. Who’s starting to accept the reality of what’s happening through the evidence being relayed into the world. It’s just, it’s very comical to me and our legal team as well, as we strategize the most economic and appropriate approach to protect the rights of our students and our colleagues that are working at the university.
So that that work is still taking place. But more on our radar right now is, and I’ve talked with you guys a little bit about this the last couple of weeks, what’s happening with The World Health Organization. It’s a very, very scary thought that an international organization can go into any country and deem a state of an emergency or declare a pandemic, even outside of the rights of the individual country. Now, the only way that can happen is if the country signs on to that and allows it, and that’s going through that process right now, our legal teams are really looking into that. We’re looking to see what the actual power of this is. I have a hard time believing that at the end of the day, if a country, because of the change in leadership, decides they don’t want to give them that power.
They can revoke it, but we’re doing that work now. But what it shows is the plan that’s being rolled out around the world and trying to control population, trying to control behaviors, healthcare, all of those factors that just should not happen in sovereign nations. So as we continue to develop those and work on that, we’ll be sharing that information with you, but I want you to just be conscious, although it’s not immediately dramatically impacting you and your ability to practice the things that we’re taking on around the world affect all of us in a million different ways. So I want you to stay plugged in. I know I don’t always have a lot of pertinent information for you right now, but just, I want you to keep watching these videos. I want you to stay encouraged that there’s a group out there doing the work that needs to be done.
