Well, happy New Year. It’s 2023. Today, I’m just gonna share with you a universal understanding of where we’re going as an organization and why you should care, and why you should be excited to be a part of it. Not only be a part of it, but to share it with other people. So, good morning, our Warriors. My name is Baron Hoig.
I am the executive director of the Chiropractic Defense Council coming to you today. Monday, January 2nd for your global update. Now, uh, there’s not a lot that’s happened between my video last week, last week. It was a very long video, a 30 minute video giving you an update, um, per country, what our vision was for 2023.
Uh, and a lot hasn’t happened in the last week. So this is gonna be a shorter video. Um, but I, I like. Being in your face every single week. So I appreciate you guys continuing to watch. We’ll be back next week, um, with detailed about every country. This coming week, I’m actually meeting with all of our legal representation.
We’re doing kind of a reboot for the year, uh, ahead of us and, and updates on everything. So I should have a lot of good information for you in next week’s video. Uh, but today I just wanna share with you again the vision I, I’ve met with our marketing. And, uh, you know, I’m very excited about 2023. This is gonna be a very foundational year, um, for our organization and very exciting as I get to travel and meet a lot of you, um, as well as really putting the foundation and moving forward.
Um, on the ninth, we are going to be releasing our bill of Rights. I know I’ve been talking about that forever. We’ve just been getting the backend stuff in place because we expect to have a good. People, uh, wanting to see that document be a part of what we’re doing, and, and you’re gonna be seeing it from everywhere.
As a matter of fact, I’m even gonna be commissioning you to help me get this information out there. Um, so I had a great conversation with them as, as, as we were dreaming about with the foundation that we’re building within the profession. Um, it got very exciting for me to see our profession starting to actually build the infrastructure that it should have always had.
Uh, God’s timing is perfect, so there’s no judgment, no accusations to anyone else that’s been working diligently on behalf of chiropractic, and there are thousands of amazing warriors around this world. That are fighting hard for chiropractics. So please know that when I make those comments, there are no way derogatory towards the work that has been done.
I’m talking about the greater vision of the profession and how we work very hard, but we don’t oftentimes work smart. And I’m very excited as we’re now starting to force these conversations with organizations all across the world, um, and every country as we look to build a safer infrastructure, um, to really create a better working organiz.
And allow the message of chiropractic to be really told. And, and again, for all of our allied people and our osteopaths and, and natural health practitioners, please know that when I say chiropractor all the time, I, I’m sure it’s easy for you to sit there and be like, well, he is not talking about us, but you’re in our fold.
You have the same vision for health that we do. You have the same frustrations with the allopathic way, uh, that has dominated, um, all of, of healthcare all around the world. . And part of that is because we’re not very structured. Yes, we’re way younger than the allopathic world. They’ve, they’ve got a few hundred years ahead of us on getting organized and structured, but we still have a message that needs to be told.
We actually have a message that has to be told because the world is in dire need of what we have to say. So we’re excited to be working. With our other naturopathic providers, um, and, and their view of, of how health should operate. So please know that I’m not in any way trying to ostracize you, but at the end of the day, we are a chiropractic organization and um, and that is where our roots lie.
So, I wanna challenge you with this, this week you, you just got through holidays. Some of you can’t stand the holidays cuz it gets you out of your routine and everyone gets really dumb during the holidays typically. Uh, but we’re through that, right? Today is the new year. It is 2023. Uh, it’s going to be an exciting year one way or another.
We’re already starting to hear, talk about China having a new variant of covid. And, you know, there’s all this hoop law. We knew something would be coming at the end of the year, beginning of the year, uh, crossing my fingers. The world doesn’t get stupid again and shut down. Um, but we, we know that it’s just gonna be an interesting year one way or another.
Right? We have a new legislature here in the United States. It’s gonna be very interesting to see how that plays out in these other countries. We have people that have, you know, really made a lot of promises. We’re gonna see what’s happening. Uh, with those promises. Also, we have the reality of the vaccine coming out on greater scales.
Um, you know, I’m, I’m a little scared. I’m nervous for those people that bought into that, that way of thinking, and the reality of the health outcomes that are being affected. And so, It’s gonna be an insane year one way or another, but here’s my commitment to you. This year will be a dominant year where chiropractic gains a stronger foothold on the world of healthcare.
The C D C will be committed to growing our infrastructure throughout these countries, to being more politically involved, um, in those countries as it relates to chiropractic in its ability. To tell its story. We are not giving up. We are more committed than ever at making sure that our profession is heard and utilized appropriately without the healthcare realms of the world.
So I need you to know that you’re a part of an organization that is more committed, more dedicated, and willing to go to the nth degree to make these things happen. What we learned, In 2021 and 2022 is the abilities that we do have, the effects that we can have, not only on you, the individual practitioner, but on the environment as a whole.
We grew relationships and we were very successful in our legal actions, and we’re creating hope within the profession that it doesn’t have to be the way that it’s always been. and that’s going to just continue to compound going into 2023. So I’m excited. This is gonna be an unbelievable year in so many different ways at loving, at serving, speaking the truth, and then taking over our rightful place in healthcare and really getting to healthcare rather than sick management, which is what’s been happening.
So I love you short video this week. I don’t want to continue to ramble. I could talk all day long about my vision and my heart, and. But I just need you guys all to know how much I appreciate you, how honored I am to be serving in the capacity that I am to be fighting alongside of such amazing humans in all these different countries.
But I need you to know 2023, we are going to be kicking it up a gear, and I need your help. I need you to be committed to what we’re doing. To see the vision and to share and give us feedback so that we can continue to do services and things that really affect and matter you. So we love you, we appreciate you.
