Welcome to Update Australia for the week of January 31st, 2022
We have some new resources that we’ve put out for you this week. I want to talk to you about where we’re at with our lawsuit in Queensland. And I also want to share with you things that are going on around the world today. So good morning, allied health professionals and chiropractors in Australia.
This is Bharon Hoag, the executive director of one chiropractic and the chiropractic defense counsel coming to you today, January 31st for your weekly. A lot going on as always in our crazy new evolving world. So first and foremost, thank you to those of you that jumped on the webinar with us earlier last week.
I know a lot of you, I’m sorry. I know it would be fabulous if we could record everything. So those that missed it could see it. We had a lot of requests for that, but obviously. We’re talking about some things that we just can’t have floating around and forwarded and all of that kind of stuff. So I hope that you’ll be understanding of that situation.
But essentially in that we gave an update on the success that we’ve had in defense. We’re at now, we believe, I think we’re right over 30, 32 providers around Australia that we’ve successfully defended that may have had an opera complaint or had a visit from DHS or a police visit something of that nature.
And we’ve been very successful in those a hundred percent success rate, as a matter of fact. So if those happen, we know they are happening, please reach out to us. You’re not alone in that. We’ll make sure that we immediately introduced you to one of our legal team and make sure that you have the defense unit.
But in that process, we’re learning about a lot of things. So one of our legal teams, it’s up on our website now. So make sure you go to defend chiropractic.org, choose Australia, go down to the resources and you will see an office visit guidance. So it’s a step-by-step of how to handle. If someone does show up to your office, nothing to be afraid.
I don’t like, let it keep you up at night. It really is not a big deal. You’ve got us behind you, but I understand that can be intimidating depending on who shows up. So we have a step-by-step guide of how you communicate with them. The questions that you ask, all of that stuff. I know you guys have been requesting that, so that is available on our website, defend chiropractic.org.
Choose Australia, go down to the downloadable resources. Scroll past all of the directive summaries, and you will see that document there. So we want you to be prepared. We want you to have confidence and maybe even I don’t want to say arrogant cause I don’t want you to be instigating any issues, but confidence is such a huge thing in dealing with these people so that they don’t try to intimidate you.
And we’re trying to provide you those resources for that. As we continue to work through some of the other issues, I know where we have a lot of allied health that have jumped on board. Thank you. And you’re welcome. We are going to continue to make sure that our documents are more inclusive. I know that.
A question and a concern that’s been asked before, like it says, chiropractors is this apply to us. Everything we have applies to anyone that is self-employed and that the directives impact. So it’s not, we are a chiropractic organization. You’re the first country that we’ve really brought in allied health.
So we’re having to reset our mindset a little bit on that, but I want you to know that we’re doing that. You’re welcome. We want to protect you as much as we’re protecting our chiropractors, because right now, more than ever, it’s so important that we all come together. I also wanted to share with you about the things that are happening in our world right now.
And it’s a crazy time I’m not going to say we’ve been prophetic, but if you look back to some of our very first videos and as we’ve been giving you guidance, our team is just amazing. I, Tim, Dr. Tim lemon is unbelievable. Our legal team is just incredible. Samir has been with us. Samir bank has been with us from the very beginning and he’s been an unbelievable asset.
Now we have our group in Queensland that is really working very diligently on our legal case, which I’ll talk about here in a second. But it’s just an incredible team and we’ve really been able to dial it in. If a lot of you have recommended. Issues to us or other lawsuits or other firms.
And we’ve said, ah, we don’t really feel comfortable with that. And as time played out, we were right. And we found that those efforts were really in vain and it would have been a lot of waste of our time and energy. So very thankful for our team and their knowledge and their commitment to what we’re doing.
But we’re starting to see exactly what we predicted happening around the world. And the United Kingdom is the biggest example of that. They have removed all mandates, all restrictions on masks, on vaccine passports, on travel restrictions. All of that stuff has gone in the United Kingdom as of middle of last week.
And now we’re starting to see data coming out of the United Kingdom stating that those that are been double Vaxxed actually can never achieve natural immunity because of the genetic change that’s happened because. The actual vaccines and maybe not genetic change is probably not the right terminology, but you get my point.
And so it’s interesting. We now have a government coming out, supporting everything we’ve been saying from the very beginning, and that’s sending some ripple effects across the world. We believe that’s going to start impacting Australia. They’re going to be harder and harder for them to play the card they’ve been playing because we now have a government that is claiming and their numbers are battling.
Even with removing everything that they’ve removed. And so United Kingdom is the first. Industrialized powerhouse nation that has jumped out ahead. And I’m not going to sit here and pat them on the back because most of it’s political, what they’re doing, but nonetheless, it gives us a phenomenal ability to start moving forward and other countries and using them as an example.
So it’s been a very positive thing. If you haven’t seen some of that stuff from the United Kingdom, I’m recommending that you do some due diligence. We’ve been posting things on our Facebook page. If you’re not connected to our YouTube or our Facebook page, please Google us. That’s just one chiropractic.
And that way you can stay updated as we’re releasing those things. We’re trying to use our telegram page. We’re trying to use our email service. Trying to use the social channels to make sure that we’re disseminating information. But we have been putting out a lot of information here lately about what we’re seeing coming from major authorities, as it relates to supporting our position on what’s happening with vaccines in the mandate.
Really good stuff happening really across the world we saw in Canada, if you didn’t pay attention to that, they had a convoy of truckers. It was unbelievably long. I don’t know the number of how many people were involved, but it’s gotten media attention across the world. We’re actually starting to see.
The same thing happened in the United States now. So just really good things happening. So I’m saying this to those of you and I don’t care what your decision was, whether you closed, whether you stayed open, it doesn’t matter what your decision was. The fact that you’re a part of what we’re doing and you’re watching this video.
I want to thank you. We have stood strong. They threw the book at us over the last two years and we have stayed strong. Our resilience has never faltered, and we’re starting to see the fruits of our labor. And, but now is more important than ever to keep our foot on the gas. We got to continue to grow our following.
We need to continue to bring people in every day. I get emails of people saying, oh, we didn’t know you existed. And I wish I would’ve known, so please, it’s not an economic thing for me, as much as it is growing a body of people that are connected and being guided from a right source. And so we need more people jumping on board with this because as we get through this particular battle, we’re preparing for the next, I’ve already shared with you our goal of going after opera and restructuring so that we have freedom.
We talked on our way. About the malpractice insurance that we’re looking to build with Dr. Ian we are doing things to create a better framework and it’s so important for people to be able to do that. So those of you on the telegram, we just did another post. Dr. Ian is really needing those, that core group of chiropractors and allied health.
We’re hoping to add you down the road, but right now it’s just for chiropractors that are willing to be that inaugural group to put in the money. It’s going to be a little bit more than your malpractice right now. He’s looking between four to 5,000. Would be your annual rate, but it helps us to build that surplus.
And then those rates would go down over time. But we need a group of people to be able to get this thing started, but we’re very close. So if that’s the case, please reach out to me, just respond back to this email and say, I’m interested in the malpractice and I’ll get your information to Dr. Ian, and he can continue to build that out.
So we’re doing big things. There’s lots of things happening for the betterment and the future of our industries to ensure that we never ever fall prey to the things that we did. Particular crisis. So we’re doing great things. I can’t thank you enough for that. Lastly, I want to talk to you about our law.
I think we’re over 22,000 pages of materials that we’re going to be filing for this suit. The goal is to have it done by the end of February. It looks like that’s the case. Our experts are in line. We have the information, we’re just making sure we’re not missing anything again, every day there’s new stuff coming out that aides to our position, that the government has no ability to stay in a state of emergency.
And so we’re going to be introducing that here soon. And we’ll make sure that we keep you guys updated through the process. All right, there you go. We are going to win. I’ve told you that from day one, we just had to stick together and we did that. And so I don’t believe it’s over. They’re going to keep pushing, but we’re getting stronger and stronger every. You need to help us by spreading the word, letting people know that they can be a part of what we’re doing.
It’s working, we’ve done everything we said we were going to do. And I’m just excited and honored to be able to serve in this capacity for all of you. So we love you have an unbelievable week this week. Choose to let this week be the best week yet. We’re in a new year. I’ve already told you this is the year of the people.
And so you have to choose to manifest that every single day, when you get up and you go into your practice and when you start serving in whatever specialty you’re in, that you choose to believe it’s our year. And we are going to give out of a sense of abundance. We’re going to serve for the sake of serving and love for the sake of loving.
